The purpose of this Club shall be to further cultural, charitable and educational activities. Italian cultural interest shall be emphasized whenever the oppor-tunity arises. This Club shall be a non-profit, non-political and non-sectarian organization.

Members are of Italian descendent, or married to a man of Italian descent.
Membership shall be open to any woman who has a college degree and/or is employed at any level of business. If retired, she shall be eligible to membership. If a person demonstrates the desire and ability to actively engage in and promote the cultural and charitable activities of the Club and meets all criteria, she is eligible for membership.
for an Associate Membership, and if granted by the Executive Board, If an applicant is not of Italian descent, nor is married to a man of Italian descent, but desires membership and meets the qualifications, her application will be reviewed.
Only women twenty-one years or over shall be admitted to membership
